DRAGON - a legendary Polish thrash metal band that has remained a symbol of uncompromising metal for more than four decades. The band's trademark sound combines fast, aggressive riffs, relentless tempo, and classic thrash metal intensity that has shaped generations of heavy music fans.
Biography:
Formed in Katowice in 1984, Dragon quickly became one of the pioneers of Polish thrash metal. Their debut album, Horda Goga, established the band's position on the national metal scene, while subsequent releases confirmed their status as one of the most important acts in the history of Polish metal. Despite lineup changes and periods of inactivity, Dragon has continually returned to the stage, proving that their energy and passion for playing remain as strong as ever.
This year's performance will be especially meaningful and deeply personal. The band will dedicate the concert to their late friend and longtime bassist, Grzegorz "Demon" Mroczek, paying tribute to his invaluable contribution to Dragon's legacy and to the Polish metal scene.
