Magoth is a German black metal band founded in 2011 in Bonn. Their style is rooted in traditional, raw black metal, enriched with atmospheric melodies and intense, dark expression. Their music often explores themes of misanthropy, chaos, death, and spirituality, combining aggression with a cold, Nordic atmosphere.
Biography:
Magoth gained initial recognition with the release of their demo Der Toten Gesang (2016), followed by their debut album Anti Terrestrial Black Metal (2017), which established their position on the scene. Their second album, Zeitgeist: Dystopia (2018), showcased more elaborate structures and deeper lyrical content, while Invictus (2020) reinforced them as a band consciously developing their style and artistic ambitions. The group has performed at numerous concerts and festivals but has never performed in Poland.
